Good secure place with good parking. Clean and close to the beach.

Location is pretty good. Easy walk to the beach. Good, secure parking garage. Breakfast was decent ... Asian options were better than western breakfast. Although they do cook eggs, omelets for you, which is nice. Internet was OK (not great). Pools looked pretty good, but it was rainy so we didn't swim. Security was good.

Hotel is next to Immigration office, so street is chaos during the day. Also, many ganja shops nearby so lots of stoned people around. Beds were hard and pillows were soft ... not the best combination for us. Western breakfast options were average at best ... no bacon! Cheap sausage options.

recommandable excellent hotel

we know Fifth Jomtien already from staying there before and choosed it again because of the big full equipped rooms, the excellent breakfast and also the good priced food in the restaurant. The 2 pools bring a good relax and stress-detox fron spending the day (or night) in busy Jomtien / Pattaya. from here everything can be reached in short ways. All the staff is very helpful. We can recommand this hotel without any doubt and will come back next time again.

Rooms are above average size and well-appointed Both pools are not deep but very good to relax in and for breakfast it was on par with all Thai breakfast but plenty of chooses

If you are looking for a good hotel in the Jomtien area.... look no further than the Fifth. ....

Very good location.. Jomtien Beach barely a 2 minute walk away. The hotel has recently renovated and a new wing. We stayed in the old wing which was quite good actually. Room was huge with a balcony. Very good soundproofing. The bed was super soft and comfortable. We had a restful sleep. Breakfast buffet was very good. Loved the "Khai Gratha" or Pan Egg. Service was friendly. Didn't try the pool though. And oh yes... the Chonburi Immigration office is right next to the hotel !!

The bathroom door squeaked loudly. There is no need of a bathtub... otherwise the bathroom was ok.

July 19. Noisy pool.

Large clean rooms. Helpfull staff although the waiters seem a bit lazy during breakfast "Rush hour".

Noise from the construction site right next to the pool. The hotel is a bit "worn out" but I guess a complete overhaul is due next year. The breakfast buffet needs variation and somebody should tell the cook how to fry potatoes and tomatoes.

Absolute Charlie Romeo Alpha Papa.

Breakfast not included. The bathroom stank because of the drain. The bedding and pillows stank. The curtains in the room stank. The live music downstairs I would describe as S4: slow sad shlt (from the) seventies. I think the guy singing was even more depressed than I was listening to the shlt - on my way out for dinner last night. However, when I returned he was into the same repertoire. In fact, the only good thing about staying there was the garage parking attendant who guided me in last night.

Rooms, well driven.

The hotel is building a new section so do not book there unless you can handle heyvy construction noise from 7am till 7pm. Will last till at least end 2020 since they will renovate the old buildings afterwards. At 7pm the Chinese tourbusses will arrive and a new freakshow starts. But the facility is well managed and fulfill expectations. Will definitely return if the two issues are eliminated in 2021

Very much noice from the construction work just 20 meter from hotel. They worked every day between 8 am to 6 pm. The breakfast could be more variation. Same bread every day. We had to tell the staff when juice machine were emty several times. The staff at breakfast could look after more when napkins on the table missing and when food or drink is missing. The cleaners come very late every day as late as around 4 pm. We didn’t get enough toiletpaper from the cleaners. We heard every night from guest above us when he brought up thai ladies every night to have sex. This is not ok. We wake up every morning between 5 to 6 am because it was so responsive. We have stayed on this hotel several times before but we want stay there again.

Relaxing, welcomed and provided with great service, even when it wasn’t required.

Breakfast was suitable for a wide range of tastes. The hotel was very conveniently located for a range of public transportation and close to a quite clean beach. On the beach there were many vendors but were in no way persistent, a quick wave away and you were left alone.

The coffee was of the brewed type and consequently was almost the consistency of mud if you didn’t catch it while fresh. There was construction on the west side of the hotel (fortunately we were on the east side) however the work didn’t start to early nor finish late.

Really enjoyed ourselves and were surprised at the quality of the hotel

Great smaller hotel, close to the beach. But the ocean side rooms have major construction going on. Very noisy in the day. I was glad we were there for only one night. But the staff keep this hotel in exceptional shape. A nice stopover on the way to Koh Samet.

The construction noise, and the dust by the pool, better for a short stay..

Lovely clean and renovated hotel. Lovely staff. 2 mins walk to Jontien beach. Bars and restaurants all around Big rooms and super bed...very big

Next door is a new hotel under construction....8am to 6pm banging and noise. Apart this, it was lovely.

Large rooms.

Large rooms. Overall it's a good hotel but it needs renovation and there is really too much noise from the construction site right next to the pool. I was glad we were able to get a room on the opposite side of the hotel. That helped a bit but the hallway is open in the end so there is still a lot of noise. Every day. Reception staff is helpfull and friendly.

Noise from construction site. Breakfast buffet needs variation and the espresso maschine does not brew espresso. Staff not really "awake" during serving. Pool is really cold and flooring is really, really slippery. There must have been several accidents particularly with running children I guess. Ask for cleaning of your room when you think it fits you otherwise it might be well in the afternoon before it's done.
